私たち富士ホーロー株式会社は、ホーロー製品の企画・開発・販売を手がける、琺瑯づくりが得意な会社です。みんな琺瑯が大好きで、近頃の琺瑯ブームをうれしく思っています。
新しい製品を作るときは、最初に市場調査をします。キッチン用品の売り場だけでなく、洋服屋さんや雑貨店、電気、家具、食料品のお店など、様々なジャンルのショップを同じ目線で見て回ります。実際に見て、手に取って、お店の空気を感じ、時には店員さんと立ち話をする。
こういうことを日常的に行っていると、なんとなくみんなが欲しがっているものが見えてきて、ちょっと先の未来に必要なものを想像することができるようになります。アナログ的ですが、こんな感覚を大切にしながらものづくりをしています。
実際のものづくりの現場では、開発部門のスタッフたちが粘り強く試作を繰り返し、使いやすさと美しさを兼ね備えた最良の製品を作ろうと日々奮闘しています。

Our entire team is deeply passionate about "Porcelain Enamel Ware" and is elated by the current surge in Enamel ware products within the market.
As an illustration, allow us to describe our typical approach when launching a new project. Our initial step is Market Investigation, an essential endeavor. We meticulously scrutinize various types of retail outlets, encompassing not only kitchenware stores but also boutiques, grocery stores, electronics retailers, furniture shops, and even food markets. We engage in firsthand experiences by inspecting products, immersing ourselves in the store atmosphere, and at times, conducting interviews with store personnel. The paramount objective is to apprehend the prevailing market trends and dynamics. Gradually, we become attuned to emerging customer needs and satisfaction trends in the foreseeable future. While our approach may not be overly complex, we firmly believe that it is a fundamental element in our planning process. One of our core goals is to achieve a harmonious blend of design and functionality.

Seventy years have transpired since our inception in the production of the enamelware. Time has swiftly passed, and over this span, we've amassed a wealth of invaluable experiences encompassing both successes and setbacks, marked by relentless trial and error.
On occasion, we encounter customer requests for the repair of our products, which have faithfully served them for decades. At times, the cost of these repairs sometimes exceeds the expense of purchasing new items, yet our customers remain steadfast in their preference for repair. Have you ever wondered why?
